Parayı alana kadar her şey gayet iyiydi. İlgi, iletişim, hızlı dönüşler… Ancak ödeme yapıldıktan sonra iletişim belirgin şekilde zayıfladı. Mesajlara geç cevaplar, belirsizlik ve takip eksikliği başladı. Kendisi mandamus davası için “%100 başarı” gibi bir ifade kullanıyor.
