Came in distressed in need of advice. Made a clerical error on paying. Instead of calling or letting me know, the lawyer I got became shockingly even more cold, snobbish and devoid of empathy yet ironically still needed coddling like a baby to be convinced it was a mistake that I rectified too mind you.
