Been calling for weeks to get my glasses repaired while they are still under warranty. Keep getting disconnected and the one time I could leave a message was well over a week ago and never got a reply. Finally got a call back and can get my glasses fixed. Updated rating accordingly.

Lisa is great... other lady not so much... TERRIBLE HOURS.. how are able to get appt, and not miss too much work..
Glasses repair yesterday for the second time. They striped the screw holes out on the nose piece during the previous repair session, also scratched my left lens. This round 5 scratches in my right lens. As far as I am concerned the lenses are ruined. Never mentioned the damaged that was caused to the lens's either time. This was a drop off and repair nose piece fix. The glasses were inspected when I received them back. The damage was clear. I wear these daily and have had repairs done only their and they destroyed them. BEWA... read more
The staff really cares about your eyesight and will always lead you in the right direction. I have been going there since I was a kid and I can sit and chat with them and they are very understanding with the amount of time I take to choose my glasses. The doctor is very friendly and answer all the questions I have for him.
