VERY POOR PLACE TO GET EYE GLASSES Use to be a great place several years ago with Dr Bob and Mark..Sence they left now I see they are closed up. The place owes me for a eye exam which I already paid for and the dr there gave me the wrong cription and then they billed my insurance for eye glasses I can not use. When I went back they kept my personnal frames and not return the frames. So they owe me a cASH refund for the eye exam, A REFUND FOR THE GLASSES THE INSURANCE PAID FOR PLUS MY PERSONNAL FRAMES THEY KEPT
Been calling for weeks to get my glasses repaired while they are still under warranty. Keep getting disconnected and the one time I could leave a message was well over a week ago and never got a reply. Finally got a call back and can get my glasses fixed. Updated rating accordingly.

Lisa is great... other lady not so much... TERRIBLE HOURS.. how are able to get appt, and not miss too much work..
