My food arrived half thawed but I refroze them. So far every meal has been tasty.

Had a problem with my 1st Mosauc Food order arriving defrosted with all the dry ice melted all over the contents. Went back and fourth with customer service. Their solution was to just refreeze it. This made me nervous knowing thay they use no preservatives . I was very disappointed with this company telling me they expected all or some of the dry ice to melt and just refreeze it. My first Mosaic Foods was delivered half thawed out, all of the dry ice completely melted, in fact it melted all over the boxes of food I ordered. This company looked too good to be true, and it is. They are completely tone deaf in their customer service dept. They told me it wasn't a problem that there was no dry ice, just refreeze the shipment. My main point is this: the food is not good. I really wanted to like it but they are either bland or just not appealing. As a 17 year vegetarian I am very familiar with tofu and I enjoy it. However the tofu in the meals was made in a way that did not translate well once frozen. Maybe it tasted fine fresh but the texture was terrible.
