My main point is this: the food is not good. I really wanted to like it but they are either bland or just not appealing. As a 17 year vegetarian I am very familiar with tofu and I enjoy it. However the tofu in the meals was made in a way that did not translate well once frozen. Maybe it tasted fine fresh but the texture was terrible.

The food is pretty good... when it's safe to eat! I have had multiple meals in every order which are improperly sealed- as in the meal is not in a sealed container, allowing frost and potentially bacteria to build up inside the packaging! Their customer service team issued me a refund and said that they have had other reports of similar issues; and yet, in my next order, once again I have improperly sealed food! I finally found the one! I’ve been looking for a vegetarian meal kit to suit my needs and I can’t explain how excited I am that I actually love this one. I’ve tried some other brands but this one wins for taste, variety, and convenience. I’m a busy veterinarian and vegetarian who hates to cook and my fiancé is a carnivore so we’ve been terrible about eating out so we can both have what we want. I’m so happy I can eat healthy again!
