Rose is unprofessional! She shouldn't have a job dealing with the public.
Absolutely worse accountant ever. Rips clients off, overcharges, doesn’t return emails or phone calls. The secretary takes personal clients files to her house. Rose tells other clients business and personal information. Very unprofessional business.
