I did not have the impression that my case was a priority for Gould & Associates. Updates were very hard to come by throughout. I regularly had to leave messages, sometimes days in a row, to get a response from anyone. I would receive email copies of case documents without any kind of explanation or follow up. Gould & Associates’ ability to communicate the when, why and what to do next was lacking and deteriorated the confidence I initially had when I approached them with my case.
