My experience with Geoffrey started out great. We had a few phone discussions last year regarding my business' tax situation and he provided sound advice. Near the end of February, I supplied him with all the information he requested to file my taxes. We had a follow-up exchange via email in early March... and then he completely ghosted me. Geoffrey was able to pick me up as a client late in the tax season. He has a lot of clients and is in the office a lot, and almost always answered the phone which was awesome. He has an eye for detail and caught some subtle mistakes that would have been very easy to miss, even for a trained eye. Does a professional job, got everything in on-time and takes the time necessary to do it. I’ll hopefully be having him do my taxes as long as he’s in the business.

Geoffrey Goudy in Fort Collins, CO filed an application for extension of time to file on our behalf without our knowledge or consent in April of 2017. Mr. Goudy refused to confirm he had filed for extension on our behalf and we were forced to terminate our use of his services and have our taxes filed elsewhere two months after the tax deadline.
