If you’re using Legal Aid don’t even bother calling this Law firm. I called them with an urgent matter regarding my child, I rushed to get the legal aid certificate, they took my certificate number and said they needed to check it because different certificates cover different things. If I could give a negative star I would. When I first called this law firm they immediately treated me like a treasure…forcing me to sign an agreement with them. Against my better judgment I did because I was desperate to get a lawyer for my divorce. Three months after I signed I heard nothing from them. I called, called , emailed nothing. After about 6months they sent me an email about serving my ex papers. Went silent again for another long long time.
