Boo to mr. gottlieb
Parked behind his building in 1 of an entire empty and unmarked parking lot full of spaces when it was 110 degrees and full sun at noon. My partner had a limp at the time and we were finding parking for lunch, but all the side streets were blocked with construction vehicles. He watched us walk all the way out of his lot and down the sidewalk only to then yell at us from a block away, saying we can't park there.
