these people suck Agreement was made on a coal stove in Spring '08. The day they were supposed to install it they called to cancel saying they couldn't find the door. We agreed to wait until summer or fall of '08 to install and I even offered to pre-pay for the stove to hold which they refused wanting instead to wait until they brought it over. unhelpful Don't bother going here for information on stoves or inserts. I was informed that everyone does their own research first. Apparently they just collect money and place orders.
They suck! Sucked. I have never been treated as rudely as I have with this company. I should have gone online and read the other reviews PRIOR to hiring them - that was my mistake. It is amazing...when you read the other reviews on here and google and other sites, the theme is consistent which tells me it's not just a disgruntled customer or two. customer I was surprised to read several negative reviews about Gotta Have it Pools. I have been a customer for about 12 years and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Their staff is competent and polite.
Scammers! Truly a bunch of scammers. I am shocked they are still around. I guess it is bad enough that they lie and cheat, but they are rude too! Anthony is, in my opinion, a lowlife.
Not my top choice but decent This place was expensive and i did not like the setup of the store, plus i feel as though the sales staff wasnt all too friendly as they should have been. The prices were okay as well but i really wasnt to thrilled with the service. In my opinion there are much better places to get these type of supplies.
Gotta Have It Pool & Spa Supls is the worst. If your like me, you like to deal with local companies, but to my dismay, they lack professionalism and knowledge of their product. From missed appointsments to late arrivals this is one company I would certainly stay away from.
Gotta Have It Pool & Spa Supls is horrible horrible experience! I purchased a furnace from them and a critical part was broken, preventing the furnace from working. We contacted the store a dozen times and still 4 weeks later, they have not ordered the part or returned my calls. Because of this, we have no heat in our house! Stay Away form these people!!
My father absolutly loves this place My father only goes here for all of his pool supplies, as do I. This store is big, well organized and the sales associates are extremly knowledgebable. The prices are great as well. I actually bought my above ground pool from these guys too. I bought it in 1990 and its still in perfect condition! This place is very trusted and comes highly reccomended by me and my family.
