Very good transit staff is super nice and respectful go triangle bus service is excellent I live in wash DC and I like go triangle service
Bus 405 Carrboro-Durham bound (8:10am) is always delayed. I was never able to connect with the GoDurham network. 17 min delay excuse me ?
Waited at a bus stop for 15 minutes just for the bus to drive right past me. I’m currently at the 800 bus stop and it’s raining so I went under shelter. This bus usually waits for 5 minutes to give people time to get on. This time it let one person on as I was walking up and then pulled off after being parked for about 30 seconds. Most bus drivers don’t care about riders or stopping to pick people up. Having to rely on this kind of service to get me to classes on time is awful.
