Excellent customer service, very thorough exam.
So I'm not much for leaving reviews except when I truly get extraordinarily great service. Such is the case with the folks at Go To Hearing in Gainesville Georgia. I had some 6 year old high end units that were at the end of their life cycle. One was acting up badly, and just back from repairs twice at another provider. Very professional!
I was very pleased with the up to date technology Chris has. His thoroughness in testing and explaining everything is the reason I tracked him down when he opened his own place several years ago. His son took care of me today and he did a great job!!I always recommend them
Great experience! Entire staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Examination was through and supplied detailed feedback. Would highly recommend to anyone I know.
