The worse experience ever… they didn’t tell me that it was assigned seats… I will never ride with them again…. Slavery is over I’m not going to the back of the bus for no one… I stood my ground like Rosa parks…. I didn’t move either…… never again I will drive next time….

NO BUS EVER CAME!!! I ASK FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED AND I WAS TOLD NO BECAUSE I MISSED THE BUS... I WAS THERE A HALF HOUR EARLIER AND NO BUS... IT WAS A VAN WITH NO SIGN, NO ONE ASKED OR ADVERTISED THAT THEY WERE THERE FOR GOTO BUS PASSENGERS... I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO YELP AND ANY OTHER MEDIA OUTLET REGARDING THEM!!!

Do NOT book a ticket with this company by any means. Choose FlixBus instead. We booked a 12:30 ticket from NYC to DE, the bus did NOT show up, and we called several times to the office to verify and confirm. Was hung up on several times, and ignored by staff. The staff offered no refund, or help, did not provide any information whatsoever, and hung up on us. Ended up booking Amtrak instead. Location information is not accurate, communication and confirmation is poor, this is a scam.
