Sadly, I did not have a good experience with this company. Two weeks after delivering my papers to their office the process server had not yet made service and my calls to the office where met with unanswered questions and I was promised call backs 3 times and yet, no one called to explain to me why the server had not done his/her job. I had to serve some documents that were rush. I called a number of companies that wouldn't even work with me because I am not a lawyer. I finally found some that would work for a non-lawyer, but they wouldn't serve the papers for at least a week. I called Gotham and they told me, "no problem." I sent them the papers and they served them the next day. Their service was excellent and I received my confirmation of service the same afternoon they served the papers.
