I got photos dune of my daughter back in 2023 and I have been trying to email them and call them but there phone is disconnected and there email doesn't work because I just want to now if the still have the photos and hiw much we have left on them but no one is getting back o me. So I am so not happy with them the have taking so much of the money we have paid and no invoice send out to me. If I see then evey again in my town I will be telling them you are people that just scam people

I would rate less than one star if I could. This was in NSW. Had a little stall in shopping centre, reeled us in saying $10 for pictures so I said yes of course. At the end of it all, they wanted around $2,000 for the photos. I had literal tears in my eyes because they were such beautiful photos and there’s no way I could have afforded that amount of money. I was so upset I did cry when we left the shops because they never disclosed the FULL price of the photos until after taking the photos. $10 was for one cr@ppy quick edit... read more

It's a scam. We paid 1200$ for just 7 pics. This was not told when they took the photos initially.

Worst! They have taken so many photos, but the complementary was the worst of all!! We paid for 3 fridge magnets and still the same.. second bad picture in it! There were beautiful pictures but they didn't print it out. Business strategy! And magent finishing was the worst I have ever seen. Attached picture.
