What a disappointment in dealing with this local company, I emailed them using their own web site contact point, emailed them on their own advertised email address with photos etc attempting to get a quote for reupholstery, then rang on two occasions to get something going. So many companies complaining about overseas companies driving them out of business but so many companies driving themselves out of business. so much for shop locally.
Highly recommend this business for reupholstery. I absolutely love my dining chairs that were destroyed thanks to our young cat using them as a scratching post; they were originally covered in a vinyl. I had them recovered in a black velvet and they look amazing. Btw...cats don't like velvet. 🤗
Phoebe and her team have reupholstered many pieces of furniture for us over the years. Each piece has turned out beautifully and we have been so pleased with her service. Phoebe is professional, a good communicator and prompt to answer emails and calls. She has been invaluable to us with her advice on styles and fabrics. The Gotcha Covered Upholstery team work in a timely fashion and we have never been held up with any of our jobs. I cannot rate Phoebe and her team highly enough. Thank you for your great work.
We just had two lounges recovered and I thoroughly recommend their work. The staff were helpful and highly professional. The job was completed promptly and to a very high standard, they are great to do business with.
Excellent workmanship at reasonable price. Definitely going back.
