I was very pleased with whole process. I met with Julie at my home and she listened to what I wanted and showed me my options. She made choosing so easy and we received our estimate the next day. We went with Gotcha Covered because they had great reviews and we wanted to support a local business. Blinds were ordered and installed in just 3 weeks. Julie is fantastic to work with! We had an issue with one of our shutters and the manufacturer was reluctant to fix it, but Julie made sure it was re-made correctly. Will use again!
