I’m from Chile and had a completely disappointing experience with this service. I lost nearly 3,000 dollars in the process. I have Chilean friends who used another accounting platform, and even though they’re also in Chile after their first visa ended, they received their full refund without any issues. If I could give no stars I would. Been doing my tax there for years used to be great but this year they said I was a small business but I'm a sole trader and now have to sort their stuff up out, they also charged me for small business rates. Rang them but they said no I'm a small business. Not going back again they have lost my business.
$65 dollars in the bin. Asked for support 1 message on a question was answered and thats it. Horrible experience. This feels like a big scam as I could've filled my taxes out on the ATO site for free. I paid to get help with my taxes not be left alone with some bot that doesn't ask questions or tries to optimise your taxes.
It’s always a shame when you hear great things about a business, then on first interaction feel like they do not want to be speaking with you. Unfortunately I can’t speak for their accounting, just phone manner in this case. Won’t be booking.
