The general manager, Isaiah offered us a refund since one of the uniforms was first delivered to the wrong address. When I called, the lead sales associate was extremely rude telling me I ordered the uniform on the wrong website and trying to blame me for the situation. I told them I still needed the uniform and was going to pick it up and they put the wrong school patch on it. I went here to get fitted for my school uniform, and everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. Marisol was incredible went above and beyond to help me out!
My uniforms weren’t delivered in time, and and one of the lady workers there was absolutely and terrible rude, from the day I went there to try the uniforms on to the day I had to ask for a refund because they literally didn’t have my uniforms after three weeks. After calling she basically just told me to find another store and log in to my portal and figure it out what I needed.
