I've had three separate interactions with customer support over the course of the past year. personally me and my partner love the wulf mod vape products from here and they have been some of my favorite products so far capable of doing the job asked of it without fail, which lasted so long up until my luck caught up to me and my device stopped working so well… fortunately customer support was very helpful and informative througout my warranty process and helped me with my worries and with getting a replacement on route ! thank you very much Leslie! will be ordering more from this company in the future
Don’t do it. I’m about 3 Wulf mods deep and they keep falling apart. The magnet is too strong - it’ll either take parts of your cartridge out or lose the ignitor mechanism, the ignitor fails after 2-3 months - even with 3-4 days of cleanings.
