Best experience ever! We bought six (yes, six!) Mitsubishi units from Got Ductless over the course of the last couple years. Shopping is easier than Amazon. Delivery is perfectly quick. The one time an inside ductless unit came with a small dent to the plastic cover due to shipping damage, they immediately exchanged it. (And if it were now, I would not bother with the exchange, but I was new to the a/c world then). They have excellent support. I discovered Got Ductless while shopping online for a DIY mini split. I didn’t visit the showroom, but still received excellent service with my online order.
