I placed an order for three pairs of caterpillar pants for Christmas December 9th the order is still pending it's crazy I've spoken to someone once over through an email and she told me that was back in January that it was on backorder and would be a couple of weeks well 3 months have gone by and I still have not received the pants yet they took the money out in January still no parcel how can people do business like this
Never received my item, customer service won't get back to me either by email or phone. Wish I could have left a good review but they won't help me so I have no reason to leave a good review. One star only as "no star" isn't possible. I'll update my review is they decide to get back to me but I won't hold my breath.
Terrible after sale service. Order stays as processing for weeks with no update and no way of reaching the company since they don't answer. I don't understand how they are still open. Buyer beware!
