Exact same story as another reviewer order a pair of pants on July 9 never heard back from them after I got my order confirmation. They charged my credit card. Haven’t received any pants. I’ve left numerous messages. I’ve left numerous emails. Nothing now. I also have to follow through with my credit card company and get the money back. These people should be put out of business absolute criminals. They are.
So far pretty low quality customer service. Needs constant reminders to respond and slow to refund when products arrive that don't fit as they should. Had to file a credit card dispute after returning clothing with an RMA and company ghosted me.
This is a scam. They took my order and I’ve never received my products. Save your money and spend it elsewhere
Ordered 2 pairs of Painters Overalls. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I sent emails and a phoned with no success. DD processing is where it is and has been since I ordered on July 17. Worst communication ever. Next time I’ll just order directly from dickies.
Ordered a pair of work pants 25 days ago. Recieved an order confirmation. Then nothing, no shipping details, no communication, no product. Have tried calling, they never answer, have filled out the contact form on their website. No reply.... Having to initiate a charge back with my credit card.
