My wife spent over three years at Joy House. The care and attention she received in the small facility environment was outstanding. Having had a previous experience with a large facility, the change can only be described as shocking. It was quickly apparent that fancy buildings & titles meant nothing; it's the staff & ownership. My wife lived in a Goshen Home for 12-months before succumbing to early onset Alzheimer’s. The staff always treated her like royalty, the meals were delicious and healthy, and I always felt she was in a safe and caring environment. I actually enjoyed visiting just to spend some time with the staff.
