This company has got to work on training your Charley's restaurant employees in customer service. I've been to multiple restaurant locations around the country and the employees at just about every restaurant are about the rudest individuals you'll ever come across. Most of them act like they don't even want to be there and try to rush you out of the restaurant. The food makes up for it but the customer service is horrendous
I don't recommend working for this place because you don't get properly trained and all the employees don't speak English they speak Spanish I was cussed out by an employee and when I went to a manager she told me she doesn't have anything to do with it she is a stand in manager and can't help me with my issues store numerous 1057 Miamisburg Centerville rd OHIO
I would have given a 5 ***** on First visit with Charley's Cheese steaks. It's in one of Walmarts, Phoenix, Az. Ordered: The: "LiL Cali". Comes with chicken or steak sub sandwich, provolone cheese or ranch dressing. Small drink, pack of Oreo's Cooke's or ice cream cone. Really was good food. Order came to $5.49+ tax .47¢ Suddenly an Employee who must have just gotten off his shift @ Charley's, and sat in dinning room.
