It's not often that the best service also ends up being the cheapest. Gosford Removals made our move to Melbourne really quick and easy, at a significantly better price than any other quotes we received. All of our belongings were meticulously logged and handled with care, and nothing was lost or broken. They were able to perfectly accommodate our schedule and were always really helpful and communicative. Gosford Removals has again excelled in our move. From the initial booking call,the quoting, (for the first time) the packing and the moving day the standard of the service from all involved was great. The boys were great. Fantastic service from Gosford Removals. We had to move in the rain and the guys were great, friendly, and never complaining. Had to move some heavy items up a steep driveway and through narrow staircases, but they somehow made it work. They work hard, fast and take care not to damage anything. Highly recommended! Hopefully I won't need to move again any time soon, but when the day comes, I'll definitely call Gosford Removals!
Such a professional team from the initial contact by phone - to quote stage by Darren - then to Administration through Cathie - the Team of guys who picked up/delivered everything via two containers to our new home has been nothing less than excellent customer service delivery. There is no ‘I’ in Team and that’s exactly how the whole operation works. Really happy with how Gosford Removals handled our move. From the initial quote through to the move it was a smooth process. On move day Shane, Brody & Wes were awesome and made the move as easy as it could be and took really good care of our stuff and nothing was a problem for them. Highly recommend.
