We had an early morning pick up from Simi Valley to Burbank at 4:20AM. At 4:00AM we received a call, the driver had a dead battery, they had no other drivers available. They made no effort to secure a ride which would have shown great customer service. Instead, we were left scrambling to find another ride. We will never book with them again.
