Great law firm to work with. Excellent service.
Used this firm for house purchase, they quoted $1200 to $1500 CAD to do it, the final fee (just law fee not closing costs) was $2,800. Not responsive, took them a year (not kidding) provide final papers, which I had to pick up at the firms offices (after paying for courier charges). I would NOT recommend these guys.
I have used John now for 4 real estate purchases and each time everything was handled in a very proficient, timely manner. The fee was fair and reasonable. John and Julia are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will use them again.
