I had to pleasure to shop again at Gorins. What impresses me and what I would like to share is #1 the high level of customer service. Our sales Person Cheryl was professional knowledgeable and experienced in suggesting items to meet my wife & my needs and desires. The product lines they market are quality furniture which are not throw aways in a couple of years. I highly recommend Gorins for your furniture consideration. Dan Clinton CT

We went to Gorin's for a new couch. We were immediately greeted by Cheryl Collins. I described what I was looking for and she showed us what was available. We are completely satisfied with our purchase. She was so helpful. Until the next time...we always come back to gorins.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful sectional from Gorin's in January 2022. We had an excellent experience. Our salesperson, Theresa Ware, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were so impressed with Gorin's, as well as Theresa, that we returned shortly thereafter and purchased two end tables to complete our living room. I found Gorin's by accident when driving around, and happened to be looking for a new mattress set. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and our mattress was delivered on the day and within the time frame we were given. Unfortunately, after having the mattress for two weeks, it became apparent that it was just a bit too firm for us. Luckliy, Gorin's has a two week "comfort exchange" policy that, for a fee of $139, you can exchange your mattress for a new one. Very poor customer service. paid cash for a sectional sofa and was told it would take up to 4 weeks to be at my house. By week 5 I had to call them and inquire about my purchase. Horrible attitude while on the phone. Would not recommend. Couch will be delivered next week. ����

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase from Friday. Not only did I spend $5,700 dollars at the store, but the Pedestal Bed was broken in multiple places! I found this out, when I went to assemble the huge bed, 2 States away! Shame on you!
