I will say their bed lasted longer than any bed off the shelf. It lasted about six weeks with my three year old male german shepherd. Once he figured out he could take the velco fastner apart it was "all over" and the bed was totally destroyed. So, if you have a 100 lb, young, male shepherd you may not want to leave him unsupervised with this bed. But Gorilla bed has been responsive and communicates well.
They advertise their dog beds as being the toughest on the market, but a $30 dollar bed I got from Costco has held up months longer than their overpriced $200 bed. Our dog destroyed his Gorilla ballistic dog bed within 24 hours. The company also hasn't fulfilled their warranty and have left me on read for several weeks with absolutely no word of a potential replacement, as their website claims. My goodness !! This dog bed is amazing!! I’ve had our chew proof bed for over 5 months now and my girl can not chew it !!
They claim their dog beds are the last beds you will buy. They also claim that these are the most durable beds on the planet. Well, I bought two chew proof beds and my dogs chewed through them within a couple of days. I called and they did replace the beds ONCE. And again, of course the beds were chewed through within 2 days. So I spent $300 for nothing. I asked that the manager call me back but I never received a call. I should have checked if they were BBB Accredited. Don't buy! False advertising!

We are known for making the toughest dog beds and offer a one time replacement cover if damage occurs from dogs. We have about a 95% success rate with chewing dogs. Most dogs will try to tear the product but once they see that its like nothing they have had before almost all of them give up. The one time replacement is for those that do not. I purchased $771. in beds from Gorilla Dog Beds on September 20. I was not not happy with the way they were shipped.. After a few emails, they did send a return label. I only opened the box at the top. The beds and covers were unopened and sent back in original condition. The box was shipped back with the return label they sent me. They don't post all the negative reviews on their website so it looks like the rating on the product is very high. I purchased their chew proof bed. My dog chewed the cover and ate some foam inside. I knew that it wasn't 100% chew proof so I was not upset or anything. I contacted them through their chat system and they told me to register and file a warranty claim so I did. Although I do understand the return policy and the warranty, I was very unsatisfied with the “chew proof” crate pad that I purchased. The quality could have been better. My dog chewed through it on day 3. I also followed directions on how to attach the straps to the crate and that did not make a difference as to how it would have been if they were not attached. Guarantee only replaces the cover, not the liner or foam pad. Destruction in less than 5 days. We sent photos, clearly all parts damaged. Only cover was replaced, worthless. My review to GDB was not posted on their website. They seem to pick and choose which reviews to post. Horrible company.

As listed on our site, the warranty on our Gorilla Ballistic line of beds and pads is for a replacement cover only. We make this very clear in several places. Stay away! They ship a memory foam mattress vacuum packed in a tiny box. Obviously once you open it the item is much bigger and would never fit in the original box. Wanna return the item cause your dog doesn't like it? They tell you to ship it back the ORIGINAL box. Uh, that's not happening. So the free returns they offer are actually impossible to get.
