The staff here are so kind, and very helpful
As soon as Maine Community Bank bought our Gorham Savings Bank, the drop in customer service was immediate and tangible. What a disaster of an institution this has become.
The parking lot has an arbitrary Pay to Park kiosk but is all reserved parking. To add insult to injury, their ATM doesn't work with Capital One.
Trying to do anything here will take two to three times the normal amount of time than other branches. Very weird.
