I contacted this law firm about completing a standard will. I intentionally chose them as a woman-owned firm. While they were communicative at first, they never responded to confirm a meeting we set and didn't respond to my 3 follow up emails. I definitely can understand things can get busy, but it was disappointing to go through the leg work of finding them, contacting them, setting a date and then having them ghost me. I was unimpressed with the unprofessionalism of the attorney and the office assistant.
