Very nice group of people, couldn't of had a better experience. The manager was incredibly nice as well. Wouldn't hurt for a follow up either.

Top notch team. Friendly, helpful took time to answer all my questions. No pressure, explained bike differences and demonstrated the whys on the different models. Best team in North Conway to purchase an ebike. Would recommend this team and store to anyone in NH and Maine to buy their next bike from them.

Great experience! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bought ski/boot/binding package for my 10yo and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the overall experience. Will be coming back again! Went to North Conway location.
