Noncommunicative.
We have been clients for decades, but customer service has gone significantly downhill. Our accountant has been off the grid for months,and nobody seems to be able to reach him. We also got a considerable late fee from the IRS because they did not file for us on time. Very disappointed, especially after decades of loyalty. We would not recommend.
Care about their clients and made tax season less stressful.
