I bought a recliner here that plainly says on their website that it has Usb and wireless charging. The chair only has usb charging. I was told it was a miss print, However several weeks have passed and it is still misleading the public. Love their furniture and the people who work there are super nice and helpful.
Just wanted to share some advice if you are having issues with your furniture after you have purchased it and you do not have a warranty through Gorees find out who made the Furniture and is the manufacturer and google their number and call them to get parts that you may need because chances are they will help you and you may have a five year warranty on parts at least it worked out for me with our Steve Silver furniture purchased from Gorees two years ago. We bought a sectional nearly 5 months ago. It got delivered with the wrong armrest. Was told that it would be fixed in a few weeks. But, that still hasn’t happened. Communication has been awful, we have called several times to be told we would be updated, only to not be. And basically got told last time to stop calling as the vendor was oversees and they really had no idea how long it would take to get the correct armrest in place.
