We bought a sectional nearly 5 months ago. It got delivered with the wrong armrest. Was told that it would be fixed in a few weeks. But, that still hasn’t happened. Communication has been awful, we have called several times to be told we would be updated, only to not be. And basically got told last time to stop calling as the vendor was oversees and they really had no idea how long it would take to get the correct armrest in place. No high pressure salesmanship. Ver easy to work with.
Good prices and a ton of stock. They can also custom order. They have great service, and aren't pushy. Deliveries are not ridiculously expensive like some of the box stores.
Prices decent but customer service is terrible!
