Ursula is really efficient and super easy to work with. She went the extra mile to try everything to get me the best possible result. She listened to everything I had to say and argued and fought for me when I had a ticket I had to take care of. I would recommend you try a little harder to get her as she is harder to track, once you do, she is worth it and you can rest easy as she will be on your side. I found her through the Metlife list.
waste my time to explain you about my case and i did told you which town was and you told me that you can help. few hours later and got call from you and told me that you can’t take case cuz of where i from. ofc you’re scared of judge!
I was under the impression with lawyers being professional and having communication skills. However I had a case opened with Ursula and been ignored for over a month now. Every time I call the office I get told they will leave a message for her or schedule an appointment over email. And still no response, I do not recommend this service especially if you have ARAG benefits or need an attorney urgently. This experience does not feel like 4.6 stars.
