I had a very distressing experience with this firm. They initially took my case involving the abuse of my infant child at KinderCare daycare in Gilbert on Germann. After that, communication became extremely inconsistent. I attempted to contact Ursula multiple times and was repeatedly told she would call me back, but I never received a return call. After establishing a trust with Gordwin Law years ago many attempts to reach their office via phone went unanswered. At one point the voice mail was full and there was no way to leave another message. If they no longer work on trusts the least they could have done was return my call to let me know. The 24/7 availability claim is laughable.
I cannot say enough good things about Ursula and the way she handled my son’s case. Ms Ursula is amazing! In our first meeting Ms Ursula took her time and patiently reviewed all details I put together to support my case.
