I was very discouraged after meeting with my lawyer for the 2nd and 3rd time. I was completely disregarded. So needless to say, I wasn't confident going forward. I understand they have many people they deal with ,but this is SUCH a traumatic situation for me and I only wanted to feel heard and not dismissed.
