Super pleased with the service I got here. I described my various foot issues and what I was looking for, and was given a variety of options. Nathan (I think was his name) walked me through each shoe, we discussed what I liked and didn't like, and he followed up with loads of knowledge and suggestions. Plus no attempt to upsell me the more expensive shoe. This'll be my go-store store for running shoes!
I have purchased a pair of Huka runners that were too small and too wide, came back and they did an excellent job of offering me a much better pair of Saucony’s, which I love! They fit much better and we matched my size perfectly! As you can see they match my pink addiction very well!!! The staff offered me 6 other pairs, but by the 3rd I knew that it’s a hit!!
I used to go to the running room to buy gym shoes, because they’d help you find the right types/levels of support (as opposed to a sport check where you’re guessing). Their service has gone down the drain though, so I tried Gord’s - what a difference! The store is small, but was busy when I arrived. That said, they had lots of staff, and I was immediately helped (from what I saw, every single customer got one-on-one help here, which is impressive).
