Bill worked on our washer as it wasn't spinning out. He came on a Friday night. Last call of the day. Spent less than an hour on it and got a few things through the drain and said there is more and it will probably come out on its own.and if It did not to call him again and he would come back (meaning another service call) I should not have expected that but felt bad as it was his last call bf the weekend. Bill came to look at our dishwasher. There was a problem with the control board, which is no longer available for our machine, but Bill knows a company that will repair the actual board. Unfortunately, after the board came back, the original problem was fixed but then there was a different problem that could not be fixed. Not Bill’s fault at all, and we didn’t have to pay for the unsuccessful repair on the board.
