Our experiences with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani have been mixed. Remember, this is a very large 50 state, 1000+ attorney firm. Naturally there will be many different scenarios that unfold throughout the US in how the action goes when interacting with partners and attorneys with GRSM. They are very mean, they didn't stick to our policy agreement and lied about coming out to our house for inspection.
This company is very bad at communication, they also lie to us about hail date storms that caused us damage, and they never reimbursed us, let us use appraisal clause in policy or umpire.
unreasonable delay, unreasonable denial, and Kate shows no remorse for policyholder. they even could be a bit shady.
