There is always garbage around the grounds. A garbage bin fell over a few days ago out back, no one has cleaned it. I watched staff eat lunch beside the garbage. I haven't seen any residents outside in days, even though the weather has been wonderful. If your family members are in here, get them out! signed, a concerned neighbour.
