AVOID ONLINE ORDERS FROM HERE! Horrible customer service! No responses to voicemails and emails. Website says things are "available" but they are not. Weeks go by and....nothing! Then, when I cancelled the order, even though only part of the order had shipped, they didn't refund me for the full amount of shipping they charged the moment I submitted the order. Tried to explain to them....they just ignore you. I will NEVER use these guys again. Save yourself a headache and use Zoro.com
If you're reading these reviews, especially the NEGATIVE ones, BELIEVE THEM!!! This business treated us as though we were criminals. First, don't trust their website to calculate shipping fees. The original quote was $195, then skyrocketed to $600! Then after our payment was processed, we get an email stating that their system flagged our order as fraudulent, and if we wanted our order we would have to provide additional documentation to prove who we were. I should have checked out this company prior to ordering. I am sure many customers believe that because this is a U.S. based company they thought there experience would be legitimate.
