The fact that they respond to all the negative reviews is pretty funny. Look at their average rating After an online order has been placed, they fail to honor their shipping quote, then offer to ship at a 600% increase or cancel the order. Don't let them waste your time, move on. It is 2025. There is absolutely no reason an online retailer is incapable of providing an accurate shipping quote on checkout. You have the dimensions, the weight, origin and destination. Look at your average review and stop giving out lip service.

Sales folks are very difficult to deal with. Try to work with other vendors that are more professional.
So paid for 2 day shipping and its now 3rd day i have not received the product UPS Tracking says Friday. I really needed it Today that's why i paid the extra $45 that sucks I have not received a shipping refund which would be fair
I purchased 2 different items from these folks in October. I specifically choose items from their site that they listed as in stock. When I only received half my order, I called them and discovered the other half was backordered, complicating my project.
