Their website doesn't accurately calculate shipping to Hawaii. Boasting 57.3K five star reviews on the home page you'd think they'd have shipping figured out. Got an email after placing the order saying the shipping cost was 10x what the website calculated at checkout, would I like to proceed? It was crickets before I reached out to Gordon. Found out they canceled my order and claimed they called and phoned me, but there is no record of either on my end. Unreliable. Last time I order from them. This order was a critical part for a commercial HVAC unit for a church.
You have to REALLY piss me off for me to take time out of my day to leave a review. I called looking for the lead time on an out of stock item and whatever guy answered the phone was very rude for no reason.
When you order items they say are in stock and then aren’t, you’re sorta working for them. Terrible flawed website, amazons customer support is better.
