I called yesterday on behalf of my father and Derek in customer service took my call. He was super helpful. He explained to me why it took some time to ship and check the tracking and even emailed it over best customer service iv had in months and will definitely shop here again for future projects.
I will never, ever use this company again. We are an electrician and a client of ours wanted a specific brand of heater to be installed in her garage. To order King Heaters, you go to their website, plug in your specifics, and they tell you who sells the specific one you need. This is how I was even led to Gordon Electric Supply.
