We had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. We bought the whole bedroom from them including bed and carpet and their service and attention to us as customers was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the furniture itself is great. The installer was very friendly, obliging, communicative and knew about every aspect of the process - including when the bed was going to be delivered and the carpet laid. Great sofa
Great personal customer service from Michelle. All queries dealt with and after having had access visit arranged for same day to ally our fears as to whether or not sofa would fit before we purchased, we returned the next day and put our order in and now awaiting delivery of a new sofa. Good old fashioned customer service.
