Gordon bay for decades was the best. They sold, it’s under new management and they have completely lost the plot. They have zero customer service and they are incompetent in their service department. Not getting boats in on time (when 2 months advance notice), unable to fix warranty work on Mercs and no responses to multiple emails calls and txts about the status of repairs they supposedly fixed 3x previously.
