I had to call over 10 times to make appointment. Then it was rescheduled in rather rude way („I can’t make it, it needs to be Friday”; no asking whether it works for me). When I arrived I was told to call her on mobile only to hear that she is not in the office and „must have missed my appointment”. No apology given.
Atif was very obliging, came to my home to complete the work requested, I would highly recommend this Solicitor business.
Atif made himself available at short notice to prepare a Will for my wife’s ageing uncle. He explained every stage of the process clearly using plain language and was always on hand to answer questions. He made time in his busy schedule to visit the hospital and record my wife’s uncle’s last wishes. He did this with politeness and professionalism.
