We need a complicated mortage that comes with turning a garage into an apartment and so far, Gord has been very helpful not only trying to get us the best rate but also trying to find the best way of getting the reno financing based on the future home apraisal. Of course, the renovation loan temporarily comes with a higher interest rate but the apartment we are building will cover most of our mortgage and we could have never done it through a regular financial institution. Thank you Gord!
