Called with a simple question about an added fee for a "bad check" that was never written. I hardly use checks these days and the few times I have used checks I have never in my life written a bad or bounced check. I was told it's 20 dollars and that it is what it is. The lack of care and neglect to help resolve my question and was very unsettling.
Top notch firm. Johna Bella is on top of the case. She gets the job done! I'd recommend her to any servicer or agency.
