I will NEVER again try this bank. Staff is rude. I walked into lobby and was told to wait. Another patron came in and was acknowledged. Teller looked up at me and held her hand 🤚 up at me to just stand there. Patron was addressed again and I was told to keep waiting. I finally had to walk out with zero help.
Don't press charges against Granny Bonnie who tried to "rob" you. She obviously has some issues mentally and is harmless, at the age of 78 it is unlikely that she could do any bad to anyone at all. Instead try to help somehow, perhaps? Have a heart and give something back to the community, be a good Christian & American. God bless y'all.
After leaving funeral home Monday, I went to bank to close Moms account, my name is also on account. I was questioned when did she pass away? I gave my driver's license, a COPY was made as well as writing down my information. 25.00 was all that was left in this account, I was also told I needed to send a death certificate. Never in 63 years have I had that kind of experience at a bank and especially at a difficult time. Very sad.
I had this bank for the past 8 years and they always treated me with respect, answered their phones within a timely manner and exercised their professionalism! Highly recommend this bank to those within the area!
