Working with dementia and elderly parents is difficult enough. Unfortunately, our experience with Goppert Bank made it more challenging and difficult. As a family, we will no longer be using Goppert Financial.
Ashley helped me when my card was almost used fraudulently. I called in and she took immediate action to disable my card. Made me feel a lot better and saved me. Went up the next day and got a new card. Everything went as smooth as I could’ve asked for!
Ashley at the Lawson branch was extremely nice and helpful. I always have a pleasure doing business with them.
Ms. Hampton who works the drive-up window in the Lawson branch is a true asset to the Goppert bank. She is very friendly and very helpful.
