Not the greatest experience… This was my first time going into a float tank and I was super excited about it however, my excitement was quickly diminished by the noise of an external fan or some type of machine making a noise; unfortunately that was all I was able to focus on. I had just hurt my back two days prior and figured I'd try the float therapy. I walked out pain free. If you're looking for an alternative to pain medication, I'd recommend it. The smell takes getting used to from all the salt though.
Drove by GoPolar heading home from breakfast…made an appointment with my son last minute and owner was able to get us in. Everything was awesome. I would highly recommend this place. The owner is so courteous and friendly. Thanks a ton!
GoPolar Cryotherapy in Westmont is fantastic! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the cryotherapy sessions are incredibly refreshing. After just one session, I felt rejuvenated and my muscle soreness was significantly reduced. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recover faster and feel great!
