Reception was brilliant customer service, however the physiotherapist I had named Gillian, showed a lack of interest and effort into my rehabilitation. The two sessions I had were 10 minutes long with no insights or guidance only to be given a few exercises to do and I was on my way out feeling discouraged. Excellent professional service from reception to hands on treatment and expert advice.
The receptionist who took my phone call needs customer service retraining, as she was noticeably sighing and showing signs of frustration as I had to cancel my booking, using unhelpful words like "well this isn't going to work...".
