I returned an SST Scooter to them in October 2024 as the frame broke. I simply asked for a replacement frame, the wheels were still fine. Then the hassle began. They asked for my purchase receipt for something I had owned for years. I told them that the receipt was long since lost. I mentioned their "Unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" from the website.
